Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@maidasu.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We allow free exchanges within 30 days for US-based customers only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@maidasu.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will need to cover return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
